Early-bird Registration

A quick reminder about registration for the APORS Youth Forum 2026 (19-20 November 2026, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore).

Early-bird rates end on 1 October 2026. Register on or before 1 October to pay SGD500 (regular) or SGD250 (student); from 1 October the fees rise to SGD600 and SGD300 respectively.

Presenters must register by 15 October 2026. At least one author of each accepted abstract must have completed registration by that date. An abstract with no registered author by 15 October 2026 cannot be scheduled and will not appear in the Forum programme, which will be released on 1 November.

Presenters are encouraged to register as soon as possible, both to secure the early-bird rate and to allow the organiser to finalise the programme in good time. Registration takes only a few minutes. Register below (the same EasyChair page used for submission):

Both presenting and non-presenting participants register at this link. Co-authors, students, and colleagues who would like to attend without presenting are very welcome and can register directly on the same page.

Refund policy: Cancellations received on or before 31 October 2026 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee paid. No refund can be made for cancellations received from 1 November 2026 onwards.
